Properties

Milky white/slightly yellow powder, quickly soluble under acidic conditions.
The density of high-density chitosan is 2-3 times higher than that of ordinary chitosan. High-density chitosan has a short gastric dissolution time and can dissolve quickly under gastric acid conditions. After absorbing oil and cholesterol, it flocculates under alkaline conditions when passing through the intestines and is not absorbed, so it is excreted from the body to achieve the health care purposes of weight loss and lowering blood lipids.

Application (for reference only)
Used as thickener, seasoning, soy product coagulant, yeast extraction, etc. in food production and processing.
Liquid treatment agent:
